Gilbert Torres is a trusted real estate and mortgage professional with over 20 years of experience. Known for his deep expertise, integrity, and relationship-focused approach, Gil serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Sacramento region. Serving his clients and community since 2005, he offers a thorough understanding of the area’s diverse real estate landscape. As a business owner, investor, husband, and father of five, Gil knows firsthand the importance of “home” and values the meaningful connections formed throughout the homeownership journey.

Gil began his career in recruiting, which honed his interpersonal and leadership skills before he transitioned into the mortgage and real estate space. In 2009, he and his wife Saara co-founded Exclusive Realty & Mortgage, where they’ve built a strong reputation for personalized, high-touch service. Today, the Exclusive Team serves clients across San Joaquin, Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, and Solano Counties, and partners with a trusted national network to support clients relocating across the U.S.

Gil’s leadership and impact have extended well beyond his brokerage. Through his involvement with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), he built strong relationships with key industry leaders—including the founders of Realty of America, whom he came to know as both colleagues and friends. Long before the national brokerage officially launched in the fall of 2024, Gil was already aligned with its mission and committed to helping shape and grow its future.

With a shared vision to serve more people and leave a lasting legacy, Gil and Saara joined Realty of America as Growth Leaders and continue to operate the Exclusive Team under its national platform. Today, they are actively expanding The Exclusive Group across the country, attracting like-minded professionals who are passionate about high standards, innovation, and client success.

A believer in balance, Gil embraces the “work hard, play harder” mindset. He is highly involved in his children’s activities and gives back to the community through ongoing outreach efforts. As a proud Californian, he enjoys the state’s natural beauty—whether it’s sea fishing, mountain camping, or weekend escapes to Lake Tahoe.
