Born and raised in Sacramento, Vivian is a proud Sacramento State graduate with a degree in Business Marketing. Before entering real estate, she worked as a buyer for clothing boutiques in Los Angeles and spent nine years at Apple, where she developed valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.

Serving buyers and sellers throughout the Sacramento region, Vivian is passionate about helping people find a place to call home, build their future, and navigate important life milestones. Her diverse professional background allows her to understand her clients’ needs, create thoughtful solutions, and provide a personalized experience throughout the real estate process.
