As unconventional as it may seem, Saara Torres’ biography is a love story. She and her husband, Gil, dove into real estate together—he as a mortgage broker and she as a processor. United by a shared vision, they believed they could better serve their clients by combining mortgage and real estate services. Saara earned her real estate license, and their partnership quickly became a powerful differentiator, offering clients a more complete and streamlined experience.

In 2005, they moved to Sacramento and launched Exclusive Realty & Mortgage during one of the most challenging real estate markets in recent history. Starting from scratch in a new city and during a downturn, they relied on vision, grit, and teamwork to build the brokerage for two decades—one rooted in collaboration, client service, and continuous growth.

In 2024, Saara and Gil made the transition to Realty of America prior to the launch, feeling called to serve at a higher level—taking their core values to a wider reach. Today, Saara and Gil are Growth Partners with ROA, leading the Exclusive Team under its umbrella. Saara also became a founding member of Women of ROA, furthering her commitment to empowering women in real estate and leadership.

Helping families achieve homeownership remains Saara’s greatest passion, as does mentoring, training, and inspiring her team and other women and moms in real estate. She brings unmatched knowledge, integrity, and heart to her work. Her dedication is grounded in faith and driven by love for God, family, and community.

A proud mom, Saara leads with a family-first mindset that brings balance to her dynamic real estate career. She’s active in her children’s lives, her church, and her Sacramento community, embracing all that the region has to offer while continuing to lead with purpose and passion.
