Born and raised in the Philippines, Francis Bautista moved to the United States at age 18 where he enrolled in college courses before building a digital ad agency specializing in events in the financial space. After ten successful years of business ownership, COVID forced Francis to pivot his career.

While purchasing his home through The Exclusive Team, Francis noticed that Broker Owner, Gil Torres, had created a real estate business that did not slow down during COVID. Looking for a new career and with valuable experience from his previous business, Francis reached out to the Exclusive Team to see if there was an opportunity for him in real estate. 

Francis was drawn to the team mentality of support and collaboration, and loves being part of something bigger. Licensed in 2021, Francis enjoys learning new things, and taking in the wealth of knowledge provided by Gil, Saara, and the entire Exclusive Team. His favorite part of the transaction is getting to hand a new homeowner their keys on closing day.

When he’s not on the go helping Exclusive Buyers, Francis is spending time with his wife and new baby girl.
