Gilbert Torres is the Broker/Owner of Exclusive Realty and Mortgage. A trusted real estate and mortgage professional for over 20 years, Gil offers a wealth of expertise to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Sacramento area. Having lived in the region since 2005, Gil deeply understands the area and the varied real estate climate. As a business owner, real estate investor, husband and father of five, he understands the importance of “Home” in the family dynamic and values the relationships he builds during the very personal process of homeownership.

Prior to real estate, Gil achieved career success in recruiting before transitioning to the mortgage industry. This background gives him a unique insight and skill set that he uses to serve his clients and lead his growing team. Gil and his wife Saara opened Exclusive Real Estate and Mortgage in 2009 where they operate the brokerage as a team, working together in the best interest of their clients. Currently, the Exclusive Team serves San Joaquin, Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, and Solano Counties directly, and works with top professionals in their national networks to help their clients who are relocating out of the area. 

They have plans to expand the Exclusive Team to additional markets in the near future to provide even more people with the high-touch, first class service they pride themselves in. With a growth mindset, Gil is seeking like-minded professionals to join the Exclusive Team.

Always on the go, he likes to stay busy both in his professional and personal life. Community outreach plays an important role in Gil’s motivation to serve, help others and give back to the community.  He prides himself in the work hard, play harder mentality and stays very involved in his kids’ sports and activities. 

As a native Californian, Gil loves all the great golden state has to offer. He takes full advantage of Sacramento’s close proximity to California’s many outdoor playgrounds, enjoying sea fishing, camping in the mountains, and relaxing in Tahoe.
