As unconventional as it may seem, Saara Torres’ biography is a love story. She and her husband, Gil, dove into real estate together – he as a mortgage broker and she as a processor. Together, they felt they could better serve their clients by adding real estate services to their business. Saara got her real estate license and the unique combination of real estate and mortgage quickly became a differentiator and advantage to their clients.

After moving to Sacramento in 2005, they started Exclusive Realty & Mortgage in a down market. Starting a real estate business in a new market, during a recession is no small feat. Their drive and vision persevered to create the brokerage they have today, where they operate from a team mentality and are actively growing to add value for their clients.

Having the ability to help families with homeownership is Saara’s passion, as well as mentoring, teaching, and training their team. As a Broker/Owner, Realtor, and Loan Consultant, Saara brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Her dedication, work ethic, and sheer determination are led by her faith and love for God, her family and her community.

Saara loves being a mom and has a family-first mindset that helps bring balance to the always-on real estate business. Saara prioritizes being active in her kids’ lives, her community and church, and enjoys everything the Sacramento area has to offer.
